Sheriff's Sales are held in the Somerset County Courthouse, Somerset, Pennsylvania.
Sheriff Sales begin at 11:00 A.M. on the advertised sale date of each month.
If an individual would like to bid on a property they must appear in person at the Sheriff's Office
on the day of the sale. The amount of the debt on individual properties currently scheduled for sale can be obtained by clicking
here.
All sales are posted in the Sheriff's Office at least thirty (30) days prior to the day of the sale.
Sales are advertised in the Daily American and the Somerset County Law Journal three consecutive
Fridays prior to the sale.
